Welcome To Andy & Corey's UT 2004 Server
"All Pro Gamer"

To access the game, in UT 2004 when you click on "Join Game" and "Internet", right click an area in there and chose "Open IP" from the list.
Type in 64.34.33.204:7777
That will take you into the game.

Anytime during the game you can hit the ESC key to bring up the map browser and in the bottom right corner you will see an area to add the server to your Favorites.
That makes it a lot easier to return again to the game next time by choosing "Favorites" from the "Join Game" menu.

Right now I have it set up for two instances of Capture The Flag, two for Team Death Match, One for Invasion, and one each for Onslaught and Assault.
The two games that have two instances you can choose from the map list and pick either all weapons, or the mutator Instagib which is a modified shock rifle which kills in 1 shot.

The other two mutators running in all the games are Bighead and Low Gravity.

Players and bots with high points get a huge head, and with low gravity turned on, you can jump real high when you hit your jump key.

The server is running full time, but I mainly play Friday nights from 6 to 8 PM PST or so, and I am on and off quite a bit Saturday and available Saturday night too in case anyone wants to play me.
You can PM me on YotaTech, post in the UT 2004 thread in the PC section, or reach me via Xfire and add kingasus to your list.
Xfire simply rocks!
It is the Instant Messaging program made by gamers for gamers.
It keeps track of your online gaming, and others who have an account and have you on their friends list can see what game you are in.
They can then join the exact same game and map you are in via the program.

Also in order to play, you will need to update your UT 2004 game to the most current patch, and that is 3355 at the time of this writing.
You will also need 3 new map packs, and I will link them all here.
1. 3355 patch
2. Editors Choice Bonus Pack
3. Community Bonus Pack #1
4. Community Bonus Pack #2

Also I have a few custom maps loaded you should download and install.
Dana map is on my 4Runner server, and has instructions in the txt file on where to put the files.
Lea map is only one file, and you put it in your maps folder.
Some guy made that map who posts over on Atari's UT 2004 server.
First map he ever made, and it is a hit with the community there.

We also run 2 mutators full time, and they are big head and low gravity.
When you vote for game style, you use the drop down list to choose Corey's TDM/CTF with either all weapons on, or the Instagib mutator which kills in one shot, my fave ;)

Also I am experimenting with a very cool Mutator called UT Comp ver. 1.6a.
You can read the help file here.
I am not sure if you need to download this mutator or not, the server may upload it to you.
If the server does not update you with the mutator, you can download it from me here, it is 306 kb in file size.
Simply unzip and put the 3 main files in your UT 2004 system folder.
This UT Comp mutator simply rocks, as it adds bright skins to players which makes them show up much better, and also hit sounds.
The hits sounds item plays a sound when you make a kill, much better to detect when you have made a kill.
Once you play with this mutator you will not want to play without it.
Simply hit the F5 key when entering the game to adjust your settings on it.

Wanna chat in the game with VOIP?
We run Teamspeak 2 on weekends from Friday night through Sunday.
During the week Teamspeak is shut off to save on bandwidth.
Get it from here.

UTs built in voice chat is not the greatest, in fact it rather sucks..
Teamspeak 2 rocks, and is run on the gaming server with server side software.
Each person playing on the server must have the client side program, and you can get it at Teamspeak Communications.
It is very easy to setup.

1. Fire up the app and click on settings, then sound input/output settings.
Setup your push to talk button with a key or mouse button of your choice.
I would not use the same one which UT uses which is F.
Even though you can disable voice chat in UT, still pushing the default voice chat button will mute the game some.
I have my Teamspeak chat button setup with the 3rd mouse button.
I can push it to talk and push the main mouse button to fire weapons at the same time.

2. Next hit the connection link at the top and choose quick connect.
Simply type in the IP address of the server the game is running on which is currently 64.246.174.203.
That is all there is to it, and I must admit the voice quality is almost as good as a telephone.
When I game now I do not even use the telephone to talk with other gamers, Teamspeak is that good.

And you do not need a fancy microphone either.
I am using one of these cheap ones I have had for 10 years or so.
If you have a USB headset I would imagine you can activate the voice activation in Teamspeak instead of push to talk in the settings.
